Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges for items within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Refundable Items

While we want to accommodate all our customers, there are certain items that are non-refundable. These include swimwear, underwear, and socks. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items. Items sourced on request are non-returnable for a full refund and also will not be exchangeable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Return Process

If you wish to return or exchange an eligible item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process. You can reach us via email or phone, and our friendly representatives will guide you through the process.
  2. Once your return or exchange request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Package the item securely, including all original packaging and tags.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider's processing time.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Sourced Items

Items sourced on request are non-returnable for a full refund and also will not be exchangeable. This applies to our external personal shopping service and items that are sourced in for stock.
